01Who these terms bind

By opening an account, or by continuing to use one you already hold, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, close the account — clause 11 explains how, and any withdrawable balance is returned.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or older where the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction is higher, and online gambling must be legal for you where you are. You confirm both at sign-up. We may re-check at any time, and an account that turns out not to qualify is closed with the deposited balance returned to its source.

03Your account

One account per person. It is yours alone: do not share the login, do not let anyone else play on it, and do not open a second one under another name. Play made by someone else on your account still counts as yours, which is why we take the password rules seriously.

04Verification

Before your first withdrawal we verify your identity and age. We may ask sooner if activity on the account looks unusual. While verification is open, play continues but withdrawals are held. Documents are kept only as long as we are required to keep them.

05Deposits and play

Deposits must come from a payment method held in your own name, and are available to play as soon as they clear. A play is settled when the game reports its result; unsettled play counts towards no promotion, limit or play-through total until it settles.

06The first-night bonus

A first deposit of $20 or more qualifies. We match it 100% in Bonus Credits, up to $1,000, and the credits reach the account within 24 hours of the deposit clearing. Larger deposits are welcome but the bonus caps at $1,000. It runs once per person, household and payment method.

• Second and later deposits do not qualify, whatever their size.
• A deposit that is reversed or refunded cancels the bonus attached to it.
• Arrangements designed to clear the play-through without risk, across one account or several, do not qualify.

07Bonus Credits

Bonus Credits sit apart from your ordinary balance and cannot be withdrawn as they stand. They carry a play-through requirement of 1× before they clear: stake them once, and whatever they win becomes ordinary withdrawable balance with no further condition. Credits expire seven days after they are issued; we send a reminder on day five. Expired credits are not reissued.

08Friend codes

A friend code may be entered only at sign-up, never afterwards. Both accounts receive $75 in Bonus Credits once the new account has deposited and played through $25. A maximum of five friends a month may be credited. Codes issued to you belong to you; selling or publishing them ends the arrangement.

09Withdrawals

Withdrawals return to the method used to deposit wherever the provider allows it. Most are approved the same day. If one will take longer, you receive a message saying why. We charge no fee to withdraw, and we do not require you to play a balance through before taking it out unless it is made of Bonus Credits.

10Limits and breaks

Deposit, loss and session limits take effect the moment you confirm them. Lowering a limit is instant. Raising one takes 24 hours and a second confirmation, and cannot be rushed by contacting support. Breaks and self-exclusion are described on the responsible gambling page and cannot be lifted early.

11Closing an account

You can close an account at any time from Settings, or by asking support. Any withdrawable balance is returned to you first. We may close an account ourselves where these terms have been broken, where verification fails, or where we are required to. If we do, we say which clause applies.

12Changes and disputes

We review these terms regularly and stamp the date at the top of this page. Material changes are emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect; you may close the account instead of accepting them. Disputes start with support, and every decision can be escalated to a person who did not make it.
